We are seeking to appoint one or more swimming teachers to join our team and teach children’s group swimming lessons.

• Must hold a Swim Teacher Level 2 Swim teacher qualification
• Must be happy to take group swimming lessons (Stages 1 – Stage 6)
• Must be available between mid-March and mid-October
• Afternoon weekday availability during school term-time is desirable as well as mornings during the school holidays
• Must enjoy working in a team environment and being outdoors
• Must have the ability to work well under pressure and be confident interacting with members of the public
• To advise the Swimming Coordinator of any equipment required to assist in teaching of lessons.
• Liaise with other teachers and parents as required.
• Comply with statutory requirements for example the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Data Protection Act and the Lidos policies and procedures in this regard.
• Safeguarding and compliance with our Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy and procedures.
