On Saturdays and Sundays, you are welcome to take a refreshing dip in the Lido pool, and indulge in the soothing warmth of our saunas.
Prep for the busy Christmas season with some ‘you’ time, and then join us to rejuvenate your body and mind in January.

Step into our warm saunas to relax and unwind. The heat promotes detoxification and eases muscle tension, leaving you refreshed and revitalised.
Cold Water
We are offer a mix of ice baths and pools (day dependant) to invigorate the senses. These experiences help improve circulation and boost mood, offering a refreshing contrast to the sauna experience.
